To help manage stress and potentially alleviate its impact on psoriasis, consider incorporating stress-reduction techniques into your routine. Here are some suggestions.

Medications                     

There are various medications available to manage psoriasis, each with its own set of pros and cons. Here I discuss all the different medications that I tried whilst listing the pros and cons of each. Let’s delve into a few of them.

 

 

Sunbathing & Sunbeds

      

Sunbathing and sunbeds are very often used in managing psoriasis. While these methods may not offer a complete cure, they can provide relief and help in controlling the symptoms associated with psoriasis. However, it’s worth noting that individuals with psoriasis should always consult their healthcare providers before incorporating sunbathing or sunbeds into their treatment plan. Here I discuss how I managed the use of sunbeds, until I made my lifestyle changes…

Bathing                     

Taking a bath can indeed provide relief for psoriasis symptoms by helping to soften and remove scales, reduce itching, and soothe the skin. However, it’s generally recommended not to bathe every day, especially with hot water and harsh soaps, as this can strip the skin of its natural oils and disrupt the balance of healthy bacteria. Here I discuss my approach to bathing along with sharing lots of other healthy tips.
